Supreme Court allows restoration of dismissed special leave petition in income tax case.

The Supreme Court of India passed an order allowing the restoration of a previously dismissed special leave petition (SLP) filed in an income tax matter. The court recalled its earlier order dismissing the SLP and restored it to its original number, effectively reviving the case.

This is an application for restoration.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the order dismissing the special leave petition stands recalled and the special leave petition stands restored to file in its original number.

M.A. No.390 of 2019 for restoration stands allowed.
