Supreme Court Hears Parties, Disposes of Special Leave Petition with Continuation of Interim Order.

In the present case, the Supreme Court heard the arguments presented by the respective counsels representing the parties involved. The impugned judgment acknowledged the existence of an alternative remedy of appeal. It was stated that if the Authority decides to file an appeal within four weeks from the present day, the interim order granted by the Court will remain in effect until the appeal is finally resolved. In light of these considerations, the Special Leave Petition has been disposed of accordingly.
