Circular No. IP(CIRP)/006/2018, Designated website for publishing Forms under the Regulations.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Board) has specified Forms for publishing Public Announcements and Brief Particulars of Invitations of Resolution Plans on the website, if any, designated by the Board for the purpose under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) and the regulations made thereunder. The Board hereby designates the website www.ibbi.gov.in and details of the manner of publishing such Forms on the designated website.

2. The interim resolution professional, the resolution professional or the liquidator, as the case may be, shall send the Forms to the Board for publishing the same on the designated website, namely, www.ibbi.gov.in in the manner provided in Table under this Para. For example, an Interim Resolution Professional shall send Public Announcement in Form A under regulation 6 (2) (b) (iii) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 in pdf format by mail from his e-mail address registered with the Board to public.ann@ibbi.gov.in within the timeline as specified in the respective regulations.

The interim resolution professional, the resolution professional or the liquidator, as the case may be, shall ensure that the Form mailed is complete and accurate, and complies with the provisions of the Code and the regulations made thereunder. He shall be liable for consequences for deficiencies in the Form. The Board shall cause to upload the Forms as received by it on the designated website.

4. This circular is issued in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 196 read with clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 208 of the Code.

5. The letter No. IBBI/IP/PUBLIC.ANN/218 dated 1st February, 2017 issued by the Board shall cease to have effect from the date of issue of this circular.
