Moorthy, Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 in both the appeals and Mr. Mr. YashRaj Singh Deora, Advocate appearing for Respondent No.4 in Company Appeal (AT)(Insolvency) No.276/2019 have no objection to withdrawal of the appeal by the appellant.


The appeals are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
