Learned counsel for the Appellant is referring to the order dated 12th July, 2018 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Co.PET 518/213 wherein the Hon’ble High Court admitted the petition u/s 430c (e) & (f)of the Companies Act, 1956 and appointed official liquidator attached to the Hon’ble Court who was directed to take over the assets and books of account. It is submitted that some of the assets were also sold. It is stated that thereafter Respondent filed application u/s 7 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (‘I&B’ Code) and Adjudicating Authority had admitted the same on 28.03.2019.


Let notice be issued on the Respondents by speed post. Requisite along with process fee, if not filed, be filed by 1st May, 2019. If the appellant provides the e-mail address of the respondent, let notice be also issued through e-mail.


Post the appeal for ‘admission’ on 23rd May, 2019.


Until further orders, till next date the operation of impugned order dated 28th March, 2019 shall remain stayed. The official liquidator appointed by Hon’ble High Court will continue to function in the meanwhile.
