Shivani Alloy Steel Castings Ltd.’ is pending since long before the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Hyderabad Bench because of filing of one or another Interlocutory Applications. The Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Hyderabad Bench is directed to pass reasoned order in accordance with law preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order or production of this order.


The appeal stands disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions.
