The grievance projected by the learned counsel for the Appellant is
noticed and the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi is directed to hear and dispose of all the applications including the application filed under Section 31 expeditiously.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that there being no order on merits of the case, this appeal is not maintainable.
However, the grievance projected by the learned counsel for the Appellant is noticed and the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi is directed to hear and dispose of all the applications including the application filed under Section 31 expeditiously.
The appeal is disposed off.
Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi.
