In the matter of IIFL Finance Ltd. Vs. AVJ Developers (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. CA(AT)(Insolvency)No. 772 of 2020

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that no order has been passed on merit. However, we are constrained to say that Interlocutory Applications Nos. 3125 of 2020; 1261 of 2020 and 2205 of 2020 pending for consideration before the Adjudicating Authority are required to be heard and disposed of at the earliest.

Since the matter is stated to be listed before the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi Principal Bench tomorrow i.e. 11.09.2020, this appeal is disposed of with direction to the Adjudicating Authority to hear the aforesaid applications and make all endeavours to dispose off them within two weeks.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Adjudicating Authority today itself.
