Learned Counsel for the Appellant was unable to demonstrate that the appeal is not hit by limitation.

Ex facie the appeal is hit by limitation, same having been preferred beyond the permissible extended period of 45 days. Learned Counsel for the Appellant was unable to demonstrate that the appeal is not hit by limitation.

This Appellate Tribunal has no jurisdiction to extend time beyond 15 days for which delay can be condoned beyond prescribed period of 30 days provided for filing of appeal. The Appeal is accordingly dismissed.
