Insolvency & Bankruptcy

It is expected that the said Authority will pass appropriate order immediately taking into consideration the Inter Country Agreement.

Learned counsel for the Respondents is allowed to file short Affidavit by 7th January, 2020 stating therein the development, if any, taken place pursuant to the order passed by this Appellate Tribunal on 13th December, 2019.


If the matter has already been sorted out and is pending consideration before any Competent Authority including the Central Electricity Authority, it is expected that the said Authority will pass appropriate order immediately taking into consideration the Inter Country Agreement.


Post the case ‘for orders’ on 8th January, 2020 along with the Affidavit, if any, filed in the meantime.
