We dismiss the appeal being barred by limitation.

This appeal has been preferred by the Appellant ‘Indian Bank’ against order of approval of the plan dated 19th July, 2019 after long delay. The certified copy of the order dated 19th July, 2019 was prepared and handed over on 31st July, 2019. The appeal has been preferred on 22nd July, 2019 i.e. after 82 days. In terms of Sub-Section 2 of Section 61 of the ‘I&B’ Code as this Appellate Tribunal has no jurisdiction to condone the delay beyond 15 days of filing of the appeal within 30 days, in absence of any power to condone the delay, we dismiss the appeal being barred by limitation. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merit of the impugned order.
