Admittedly, appeal preferred by the Financial Creditor against the approval of resolution plan has been dismissed by this Appellate Tribunal in terms of order dated 19th `November, 2019 passed in Company Appeal (AT)(Insolvency) No. 1298 of 2019 on the ground of same being barred by limitation. This order has not been called in question in any judicial proceedings.


In view of the same, the instant appeal would not lie, the appeal is accordingly dismissed.
