The Appellant is permitted by this Tribunal to withdraw the instant Appeal and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Before parting with this case, this Tribunal permits the Appellant to file necessary application under Section 12 A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

It is represented on behalf of the Appellant as well as that of the 1st Respondent that the matter has been settled between the parties. At this stage, Learned Counsel for the Appellant informs this Tribunal that he is withdrawing the present Appeal.


The Appellant is permitted by this Tribunal to withdraw the instant Appeal and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Before parting with this case, this Tribunal permits the Appellant to file necessary application under Section 12 A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 coupled with Regulations 30 A of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016 and to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of grievances if he so desires.
