The Directorate of Enforcement and the Central Government through the Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs on behalf of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office and the Central Bureau of Investigation are allowed to file additional reply affidavit by 20th January, 2020 stating therein as to whether ‘JSW Steel Limited’, whose plan has been approved, are covered by newly inserted Section 32A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. In case, the answer is in negative, they will enclose the evidence in support of their stand after serving a copy of the same on the learned counsel for ‘JSW Steel Limited’ and other Appellants.

The Respondents may file reply affidavit/ additional reply affidavit by 20th January, 2020.

The Appellants and the Respondents may file their written submissions not more than three pages by 20th January, 2020.

Post these appeals ‘for orders’ before the 1st Bench on 23rd January, 2020.
