Heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant in I.A. No. 859 of 2020. Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Company Appeal with the liberty to file its claim before the Interim Resolution Professional, appointed in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant further submits that the Interim Resolution Professional be directed to consider the claim of Appellant uninfluenced by the impugned order dated 11th June, 2019 passed by the Adjudicating Authority.

We have considered the submission, Appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal with the liberty to file its claim before the Interim Resolution

Professional, if, law permits. The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, no order as to costs.
