It is open to the respective parties to file an Application before the Adjudicating Authority for effecting the settlement in accordance with law and to seek appropriate remedy if they so desire or advised.

It is represented from either side that a settlement dated 06.01.2020 was entered into between the parties and that the Learned Court for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the instant appeal.


Accordingly, permission is granted to the Learned Counsel to withdraw the Appeal and Company Appeal(AT)(Insolvency) No. 1081 of 2019 is disposed of as withdrawn. No cost.
