In the meantime, it will be open to the Appellant to settle the matter with the ‘Financial Creditors’ etc. The ‘Interim Resolution Professional’ is allowed to make publication and constitute the ‘Committee of Creditors’.

Place the case ‘for Admission (After Notice)’ on 27th January, 2020 before the appropriate Bench.


The interim order passed on 16th December, 2019 is vacated.


In the meantime, it will be open to the Appellant to settle the matter with the ‘Financial Creditors’ etc. The ‘Interim Resolution Professional’ is allowed to make publication and constitute the ‘Committee of Creditors’ but he will ensure that the company remains a going concern as ordered o 16th December, 2019.
