The parties may bring this order to the notice of the Hon’ble
Members before whom the matter is pending.
We find no ground to interfere with the order dated 18th July, 2019 by which the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Mumbai Bench, Mumbai, reserved order in C.P. (IB)2677(MB)/2018 after hearing the parties.
However, it is expected that the Hon’ble Members will deliver the decision expeditiously as the matter relates to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and as there is limited time frame to conclude the matter. The parties may bring this order to the notice of the Hon’ble Members before whom the matter is pending.
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
