In the matter of Mr. T.S,N Raja RP of VBC Industries Ltd. Vs. IFCI CA(AT)(Ins)No. 469 of 2020

Registry has placed this matter before us for consideration as the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Hyderabad Bench, Court-II, which was directed, in terms of order dated 3rd June, 2020 to dispose of I.A. No. 173 of 2019 within four weeks, has requested for extension of time for the reasons recorded in its letter dated 29th July, 2020. The Adjudicating Authority has expressed to resolve and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the reasons assigned in the letter and the request made by the Adjudicating Authority, we extend the time that has been consumed in the interregnum and further grant time of four weeks from today to the Adjudicating Authority to dispose of the matter in accordance with the directions already given in the order dated 3rd June, 2020.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Hyderabad Bench.

The matter stands disposed of.
