In the matter of Sandeep Kumar Gupta Vs. Committee of Creditors, Through JFC Finance India Limited CA(AT)(Ins)No. 1445 of 2019

The Appellant – ‘Resolution Professional’ after 180 days, asked for extension of 90 days’ time. The Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal) Jaipur by impugned order dated 6th November, 2019 allowed 60 days’ time, against which this Appeal has been preferred by the ‘Resolution Professional’.

2. Having heard learned Counsel for the Appellant and as we find that the ‘Committee of Creditors’ had asked for extension of time for 90 days’, we allow the process to be completed by 15th January, 2020. The order passed by the Adjudicating Authority stands modified to the extent above. The Appeal is disposed of.
