Heard learned counsel for the appellant on IA No.646/2021.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in the earlier 10th March, 2021 exclusion of 29 days from 25.12.2019 to 23.01.2020 was allowed. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the period from 15.3.2020 to 24.3.2020, time lost due to Covid 19 pandemic in pre-lock down time and the period from 1.7.2020 to 31.7.2020, time lost due to restrictions in movement were not excluded so the order dated 10th March, 2021 may be modified to that extent.

On perusal of the order dated 10.3.2021 it appears that the above said period has not been mentioned in the order. So the order dated 10.3.2021 is modified and the aforesaid period be excluded. Further the period spent in pursuing the present IA No.646/2021 which was filed on 23.3.2021 and disposed of today i.e. 3.6.2021 is also excluded from the CIRP Process.

IA No.646/2021 is accordingly disposed off.

Let copy of this order and order dated 10.3.2021 be sent to NCLT, New Delhi and the same be uploaded.
