The Interim Resolution Professional will collate the claims and constitute Committee of Creditors, if not yet constituted and proceed with the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and will ensure that the Corporate Debtor remains a going concern, as ordered earlier, without waiting for the decision of this Appellate Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the Respondent will serve a copy of the reply affidavit on learned counsel for the Appellant in course of day. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed by the Appellant within a week.
Post the case ‘for admission (after notice)’ on 6th February, 2020.
