‘Expression of Interest’ for the purpose of consideration as to whether the applicant – ‘Bank of Baroda’, who has filed an application under Section 7 of the ‘I&B Code’, intends to withdraw the application in view of the ‘Resolution Plans’ / ‘Expression of Interest’, if approved by 90% of the voting share of the ‘Committee of Creditors’.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the ‘Resolution Professional’ and ‘Committee of Creditors’ pray for and are allowed 3 weeks’ time to consider 2 more ‘Resolution Plans’ / ‘Expression of Interest’ for the purpose of consideration as to whether the applicant – ‘Bank of Baroda’, who has filed an application under Section 7 of the ‘I&B Code’, intends to withdraw the application in view of the ‘Resolution Plans’ / ‘Expression of Interest’, if approved by 90% of the voting share of the ‘Committee of Creditors’.


Post the appeal ‘for orders’ on 3rd February, 2020.
