The prayer of Appellant for withdrawal of appeal is allowed. So far as filing of Contempt Case is concerned it is for Appellant to decide to file or not file the same.

After some arguments, when this Appellate Tribunal was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 23rd September, 2019, leaned counsel for the Appellant sought permission to withdraw the appeal to enable the Appellant to take appropriate steps to initiate Contempt Case against erring person.


The prayer of Appellant for withdrawal of appeal is allowed. So far as filing of Contempt Case is concerned it is for Appellant to decide to file or not file the same. Therefore, no liberty is required. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
