In the matter of Shalini Singhal & Ors. Vs. Rahul Singh & Ors. CA(AT)(Ins) No. 1244 of 2019

We have discussed the matter with Mr. Rudreshwar Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant, Mr. Krishnan Venugopal, learned Counsel for the Respondent (allottees), learned Counsel for other allottees, ‘Interim Resolution Professional’ and learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Promoters.

As per discussion Mr. Krishnan Venugopal, learned Counsel will make a short submission within two days giving the details of the discussion as taken place today. Mr. Rudreshwar Singh, learned Counsel for the Promoter is allowed time till 6th January, 2019 to give us fresh time-frame for completion of the project, Tower-wise, which should not extend more than one month of the time frame earlier given. Appropriate order may be passed on the next date.
