In this circumstances, we dispose of these appeals with direction
to the Adjudicating Authority to pass appropriate order in terms of
Section 31 of the ‘I&B Code’ and, in accordance with law, preferable
within two weeks.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant(s) submits that one of the ‘Resolution Plan’ has been approved by the ‘Committee of Creditors’ and the same has been placed before the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal) for approval.
In this circumstances, we dispose of these appeals with direction to the Adjudicating Authority to pass appropriate order in terms of Section 31 of the ‘I&B Code’ and, in accordance with law, preferable within two weeks.
Both the appeals stand disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions. No cost.
