Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the present Appeal in the teeth of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court titled ‘Committee of Creditors of Essar Steel India Limited Through Authorised signatory Vs. Satish Kumar Gupta and Others’ – (2019) SCC Online SC 1478.
Accordingly, permission is granted to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant to withdraw the instant Company Appeal(AT)(Insolvency) No. 747 of 2019 and that the instant Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
