In Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 1410 of 2019, learned counsel for the Respondent – Creditor submits that since the Company is a going concern and in terms of interim directions payment of Current Bills of the Suppliers, Salaries and Wages of the employees’/workmen, electricity bills etc. have been directed, the Resolution Professional may be directed to keep the creditors informed of such financial disbursements. We do not intend to modify the interim directions. However, we make it clear that, in case, Respondent – Creditor approaches the Resolution Professional, he may provide such information, provided dissemination of such information is not prohibited.


Pleadings be completed within one week in all the appeals.
