After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant we find that since resolution plan has been approved in the matter and appeals preferred against such resolution plan are pending consideration before this Appellate Tribunal, this appeal preferred with respect to an interim order passed prior to approval of the resolution plan, does not survive. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. However, the record of the case, which may be required for perusal in appeals preferred against approval of the Resolution Plan may be kept with record of Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 506 of 2020.
