Issue notice upon Respondents through Speed Post. Requisites along with process fee be filed within one week from today. If e-mail addresses are provided by the Appellant, notices may be sent through the mode of e-mail also within the same period.

At this stage, Mr. Sumant Batra, Sr. Advocate accepted notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Prateek Kumar, Advocate accepted notice on behalf of Respondent No. 2. No further notice need to be served upon these Respondents.

They may file Reply Affidavit along with Vakalatnama within two weeks. Since the approved resolution plan has already been assailed in some other Appeals and the implementation of the resolution plan has been subjected to the outcome of Appeals, it is directed that the implementation of the approved resolution plan by the successful resolution applicant - Respondent No. 2 shall also be subject to the outcome of this Appeal.

Mr. Sumant Batra, Sr. Advocate may file status report in regard to implementation of the resolution plan before the next date of hearing. List the Appeal 'For Admission (After Notice) on 19th June, 2020 along with connected Appeal(s).
