Applicability of rules
Chairman and Members of the Company Law Board, who fulfill the qualifications and rquirements, provided under the Act for being appointed respectively as the President and Members of the Tribunal shall be so appointed after following the selection procedure for these posts in the manner laid down in section 412 of the Act.
