So far the decision of this Court in the case of Ghanshyambhai Manubhai Patel (supra) is concerned, the same would also not take the case of the petitioner any further since in the present case, the resignation is of the year 1987, the denial is of the year 1994 and now the petitioner has approached this Court after decades.
3. Considering the totality, this Court finds that no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
