Tata Steel is the highest bidder to buy Bhushan Steel

To buy Bhushan Power & Steel,Tata Steel is the highest bidder,with a bid of Rs. 35,000 cr. On Feb,03,2018 its initial bid was Rs. 24,000 cr.Latest bid is about 45% higher than the initial bid.The capacity of Tata Steel will be enhanced by about 43%,to 18.6 million tonnes/annum if this bid is successful. Bhushan Steel is in the one of the 12 default accounts list of Reserve Bank Of India, as Bhushan Steel has to pay loan of 25% of its NPA.
