Penalty for contraventions of any provision of Registration of Charges under the Companies Act, 2013 shall not be less than 1 lakh rupees but which may extend to 10 lakh rupees and every officer of the Company who is in default shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months or with a fine
