For being appointed as a director of a private limited company, an individual needs to have a Director Identification Number (DIN) (simple process and a DIN can be used multiple times) and a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) (used for e-signing documents and again easy to obtain). Once this is done, the board needs to pass a resolution for appointment of the director. This is followed by a set of online filings required to be made by the individual and the company with the Registrar of Companies. Drop us a line and we can help you.
