Can I collect GST from other parties for my sales below 20 lakhs..... My turnover is bound to excee…

Can I collect GST from other parties for my sales below 20 lakhs..... My turnover is bound to exceed Rs 20 lakhs this year. I plan on registering when it reaches the limit. But can I start collecting GST from my customers?

Sincerely speaking, Please do not collect GST from any person if you are not registered under GST.

A person NOT registered under GST, SHOULD NOT Collect GST from any person or party. Period.
