I spend significant expenses on refreshment of employees for foods and beverages, cruises and excursions etc. Should I register under GST for claiming all the taxes paid on these expenses as ITC?

Refreshment of employees is covered in the negative list of ITC, hence you can not claim any input for tax paid on employee refreshment.
