We pay GST on the selling price of a good. My friend is a wholesale dealer. He sells goods at retail too. He sells goods to wholesale dealers at a price different (lower) from what he sells to retail dealers. Please advise the selling price on which he should charge GST?

Your friend should charge GST from wholesalers at the price that he sells to them. And from retailers at the price at which he sells to retailers. e.g., if he sells to wholesalers at Rs20, then he should charge GST from wholesalers at Rs20. And if he sells to retailers at Rs25, then he should charge GST from retailers at Rs25.
