I have paid TDS during the year which exceeds my tax liability at the year end. How should I claim for refund? And how will I be refunded?

You should file your return. All your queries will be solved.
In the return, if you are entitled to refund, you can state your bank details where in your refund will be given to you.
Needless to say, you will be refunded that amount in your bank account which you provided earlier, when your return is processed. It usually takes a month for the refund to be credited.
