KSFs are the rules that shape whether a company will be financially and competitively successful. Important key success factors for operating in competitive markets are:
- What is the cost structure of the market?
- What is the price sensitivity of the market?
- What is the technological structure of the market?
- How efficient is the existing distribution system of the market?
- How mature is the market?
