We wish to apply for FCRA prior permission approval for a section 8 company.
While applying for FCRA prior permission we are asked to create a darpan ID from the NGO Darpan Portal. While filling in the details at the portal we are asked to mandatorily fill the details of at least 3 members of the organization, the ranks President, Secretary and Treasurer being mandatory.
However, we being a section 8 companiy do not have these ranks. So, we filled the details of the directors of the company in the form. And consecutively, our application for prior permission was qualified in this regards.
Please advice how we can solve this query with the FCRA.

You should update the details of the directors of the company and assign the roles of the President, Secretary, and Treasurer to three of the directors. However, this may require the approval of the shareholders of the company and the filing of necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
