Porsche will not manufacture diesel engine cars now
Porsche Co. will not produce diesel engine cars,as people are more interested for petrol & Hybrid cars.2 co.s making Porsche diesel cars will now stop its production.India is a big market of above cars,but only 15% diesel cars are produced as against hybrid cars(50%) & petrol (35%),low demand of diesel cars is reason for stopping its production. Co. will now manufacture of electric cars now in demand, which will check environment pollution also.
Luxury cars manufacture Porsche Co. will not manufacture diesel engine cars.It feels people are more interested for petrol & Hybrid cars.In international market 2 Porsche made cars of Makan S & Painamera 4S having diesel engines were manufactured,but now co. has stopped production of both these cars.India is a big market of above cars.According to a statement by the co. officer,only 15% cars are produced with diesel engines where as produced percentage of hybrid cars is 50% & petrol engine cars is 35%.Hence low demand of diesel cars is the reason for stopping its production.Company will now concentrate on manufacture of electric cars to check environment pollution.Electric cars production will be launched by 2019.
