Rel offers phone for Rs 501 in exchange of old, to launch broad band services

After 15 years Reliance again offers mobile phone for Rs 501, in exchange of any feature phone, mobile phone is offered. This offer will start from Jul'21. In 2003 Reliance Info com offered CDMA mobile phone for Rs 501. This was announced in its 41st AGM meeting. Mukesh Ambani, its CMD also said Jio phone-2 will also be launched for Rs 2,999.Its booking will start from Aug'15. Reliance has decided to enter in Broad Band Service sector. Reliance launches 3 new services :: 1. Jio phone offer :- In exchange of old feature phone, new Jio phone will be offered for rs 501. This is named as 'Monsoon Hungama Offer'. This is a non refundable scheme, which will start from Jul'21. In a without exchange, new Jio phone will be provided for Rs 1,500, which is a refundable scheme. Jio phone is a basic smart phone and is 4G enabled. Apps can be run on it. From Aug'15, Jio phone will start facility of you tube, face book and Whats App, which can be operated by voice command. Old Jio phone customers will also get these facilities. 2. Jio phone -2 :- This will be a full Querty key pad 4G advance smart phone. Customers will have dual sim, 128 GB memory support SD card, 512 MB Ram and 4 GB roaming facility. Its battery will be 2000 mAH. Its booking will start from Aug'15, for Rs 2,999. 3. Broad Band Service :- It is named as Jio Giga Fibre. 1,100 cities in India will be connected through it. Its registration will start from Aug'15. Router, Set top box, and smart phone solutions facility will be provided' It can be installed in 1 hour. With this house will become completely high tech and smart, by which customers can control full house. customers can make video call via Jio Giga TV. One will get world's best educational content on it. Children can study without the help of teacher and doctors will be able to treat patients fro far off. Mukesh Ambani said, this year Reliance Jio had an increased profit of 206% (RS 36,075 Crore). Reliance has become India's largest exporter company. Company paid a GST of Rs 42,553 Crore in one year.
