Attention of the Trade and Industry is invited to Circular No. 43/17/2018 - GST dated: 13th April, 2018 issued under F. No. 349/48/2017-GST (copy enclosed) by the GST Policy wing of C.B.E.C., New Delhi in respect of queries regarding processing of refund applications for UIN agencies.
