Intas the largest private drug maker in India buys Actavis Generics in UK & Ireland for pound 600 million(Rs.5100 Cr.) from Israel's Teva in a all cash deal.It is biggest Indian investment in UK,Ireland after Brexit.Teva had bought Actavis Generics from Allergan.Present transaction is due to European Commission's anti trust divestiture requirement due to Teva's acquisition.It will make Intas a big Company in UK,Ireland generics market
