In the matter of Anurag Nirbhaya Vs. Anuj Maheshwari & Ors. CA(AT)(Ins) No. 1024 of 2019

The Interim Resolution Professional has been paid Rs.6 Lakhs for the total period of Three and half months. According to learned counsel for the Appellant, the Appellant claimed Rs.12 Lakhs for the first month and claimed @ Rs.11 Lakhs per month for the period of rest of the two and half months.

However, we find that exorbitant claim has been made by the Interim Resolution Professional and generally we allow fee @ Rs.1 Lakh per month to the Professionals. In such circumstances, as more fee has already been paid in favour of the Interim Resolution Professional, we dismiss this appeal.
