Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Co. Ltd. & Anr.). The order shows that the Learned Counsel for the Appellant sought permission to withdraw the Appeal, accordingly it was recorded that the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and further the interim order of status quo granted on 9th September, 2020 also stands withdrawn.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in view of the circumstances he has instructions from the Appellant to withdraw the instant Appeal i.e. Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 932 of 2020.

In view of the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, the instant Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
