Learned counsel for the Appellant has not filed the additional affidavit giving the recent position of the ‘Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process’ and any orders as has been passed by the Adjudicating Authority.

By way of last chance, Appellant is allowed time till 20th January, 2020 to file such affidavit.

Post the case ‘for orders’ on 23rd January, 2020 for disposal.
