Consequently the directions issued vide impugned order have been rendered infructuous. Having regard for this development brought to our notice through the medium of this additional affidavit, nothing survives for consideration in this Appeal.

Additional Affidavit filed by Learned Counsel for the Appellant under Diary No.18057 dated 21.01.2020 is taken on record. On perusal of the same it comes to fore that the missing asset (machinery) have now subsequently been apportioned from the claim of EPFO in terms of order dated 21st January, 2019 passed by the Learned Adjudicating Authority (NCLT), Chennai Bench. Consequently the directions issued vide impugned order have been rendered infructuous. Having regard for this development brought to our notice through the medium of this additional affidavit, nothing survives for consideration in this Appeal. The Appeal is accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
