The Learned Senior Counsel for the ‘Appellant’ Mr. Chinmoy Sharma seeks permission from this ‘Tribunal’ to withdraw the instant Comp. App. (AT) (Ins.) No. 695 of 2022. Acceding to the said request for withdrawal of the instant Comp. App. (AT) (Ins.) No. 695 of 2022, this ‘Tribunal’ dismisses the Comp. App. (AT) (Ins.) No. 695 of 2022 as withdrawn. No costs.

It is made quite clear that the dismissal of the instant Comp. App. (AT) (Ins.) No. 695 of 2022 will not preclude the ‘Appellant’ to approach the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ (National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai) to seek redressal of its grievance(s), of course in the manner known to law and in accordance with law if it so desires/ advised.
